These clowns were hired by our CAM (Community Manager employed by a real estate company) to do some work on our neighborhood entrance for the HOA. Supposedly they were a reputable company and blah blah blah. They were given some money up front to start the work and then came a calling for some additional geddahs. As the HOA president I asked to see an invoice for what they were charging. Suffice it to say the the invoice was a little vague and details were not even given.

I am trying to refinance my home. So the bank orders the appraisal from this place. It's a husband and wife team. Sally Glassberg and Jeff Glassberg were their names.
They come out, and measure my house etc. Did they ask about my house at all?? Did they know what I have in my house? No.... They simply measured my house and left.

I purchased an item from them at the St. John's Town Center. It was a piece of jewelry.
It was Christmas time, and I purchased it about a week before. Now I had never shopped there, but they were the only place that carried a decent selection of this merchandise.
While browsing, they didn't have the exact size I needed, so I asked if I were to purchase the next size up could I simply return it for the correct size later. The sale lady said yes.

A wonderful site to talk about the fabulous State of Alaska is arcticam.com. except when it comes to humor and it seems that the moderators have no humor.
